Elevator installers: about $106k. Electricians: about $62k. Plumbers: about $62k. LPNs: about $62k. HVAC/R technicians: about $60k. Carpenters: about $59k. Diesel technicians: about $59k. Welders: about $51k. Line cooks and EMTs: below the all-worker median.

Read it carefully. A median is the middle worker, not the new one. Apprentices start lower; overtime, union scale, travel work and ownership push pay higher. Pay varies widely by state and city.
